This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a dynamic team environment.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally</li><li>Manage front desk flow and patient scheduling</li><li>Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with precision to maintain organized records</li><li>Provide excellent customer support through courteous communication and effective problem-solving skills</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Bilingual abilities are a must ( Spanish ) for serving diverse Patient needs effectively</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Demonstrated phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi-line phone systems</li><li>Experience in medical receptionist roles is advantageous but not required; Training on clinic functions and scheduling program used will be provided.</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your positive attitude and organizational prowess will make a real difference!
