Overview Of The Role:

The Beauty Advisor is a pivotal sales role within the Watsons retail division, focused on delivering exceptional service to customers while driving sales through expert product knowledge and engaging sales techniques. Success in this position is measured through various key performance indicators, such as sales achievements and customer satisfaction scores, and requires a thorough understanding of market trends and customer needs. 

What You Will Do:

Sales and Customer Engagement</h4>
<ul><li>Recommend appropriate products and provide information highlighting the Features, Advantages, and Benefits to the customers.</li>
<li>Assist customers in locating, selecting, and purchasing desired products based on preferred brand, variant, and color.</li>
<li>Utilize selling techniques such as suggestive selling, upselling, and cross-selling to increase Average Transaction Value (ATV).</li>
<li>Attend to all customer queries and needs with a courteous and friendly approach.</li>
<li>Resolve customer complaints guided by set customer service standards and within scope of control.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Merchandising and Store Management</h4>
<ul><li>Ensure products on display are replenished as needed with complete shelf tag price, and price tags.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area.</li>
<li>Monitor and update reports on product shelf life, availability, and stock levels.</li>
<li>Timely display all products following set planograms and guidelines for a specified duration.</li>
<li>Prepare and set up store promotions using marketing collaterals to effectively communicate store promotions.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Compliance and Reporting</h4>
<ul><li>Ensure proper safekeeping of all store merchandise to prevent shoplifting, damages, and pilferage.</li>
<li>Weekly monitor price changes and update price tags as needed.</li>
<li>Strictly comply with set company policies and procedures, especially regarding attendance, punctuality, and grooming standards.</li>
<li>Monitor financial dimensions such as P&amp;L, UPT, ATV, SOP, SPSQFT, Audit, Compliance, and Shrinkage.</li>
<li>Participate and implement agreed EES action plans.</li></ul> 
 
Required Skills To Be Successful:

<li>Good knowledge of the fashion/beauty industry and trends.</li>
