 Education &amp; Experience Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>

 University graduate preferably with a Major in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field of study (Masters preferred). Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage (e.g. GARP Sustainability and Climate Risk).
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 10 years of relevant banking experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank, and in a managerial capacity
 </li>
 <li>
 Direct experience with developing, deploying and enhancing climate and nature risk measurement and management frameworks including net-zero experience
 
 
 </li>

<div>Key Responsibilities

&sect; Coordinate corporate insurance policies, renewals, and claims management.

&sect; Support risk assessment, coverage evaluation, and compliance with corporate insurance standards.

&sect; Liaise with insurers, brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure adequate coverage.

&sect; Maintain insurance policy records, quarterly declaration schedules, policy records and any claim

&sect; Prepare insurance summary reports and benchmark analyses.

&sect; Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree - Finance/Insurance/Business</li>
</ul>
Experience

<ul><li>Minimum of 3-6 years of experience of relevant experience.</li>
</ul>
Core Competencies &amp; Skills

a. Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards.

b. Advanced skills in Excel and experience in Oracle EBS is a plus

c. Language Proficiency &ndash; English - Spoken and Written (Proficiency in Arabic / Bilingual is a plus)

d. Prior Experience in a governmental / semi government entity is a plus.</div>
