<p>Sales Coordination acts as the central coordination point between the sales team, customers, and senior management. This role is non-sales / non-quota-bearing and is responsible for managing sales lead follow-ups, quotation preparation and submission, order-to-payment coordination, CRM data integrity, and providing administrative and operational support to Senior Management. Quotation Management</p><ul><li>Prepare accurate, professional, and timely price quotations for the sales team based on inputs provided (pricing, specifications, and terms).</li><li>Review quotations for correctness (pricing, taxes, terms &amp; conditions, validity dates) prior to submission.</li><li>Submit finalized quotations directly to customers and maintain a record/log of all quotations issued, including version history and revisions.</li></ul><p>4. Customer Coordination (Order-to-Cash Process)</p><ul><li>Coordinate with customers following quotation submission to facilitate Purchase Order (PO) issuance and confirm order terms.</li><li>Liaise with customers on order formalities, including documentation, delivery timelines, and any approvals required to process the order.</li><li>Track and follow up on payment status with customers and the internal finance team, ensuring timely updates are communicated to relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain organized records of POs, invoices, and payment trackers for each customer/account.</li></ul><p>5. CRM Management &amp; Data Integrity</p><ul><li>Coordinate with every sales team member to ensure their respective leads, customer records, and opportunity stages are accurately and consistently updated in the CRM system.</li><li>Conduct regular audits of CRM data to identify gaps, duplicate entries, or outdated information, and follow up with concerned sales staff for correction.</li><li>Generate CRM-based reports/dashboards for management on pipeline health, lead conversion, and team-wise performance metrics.</li></ul><p>6. Senior Management Support &amp; Executive Coordination</p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day administrative operations for Senior Management, including scheduling, prioritization, and tracking of pending action items.</li><li>Monitor and follow up on tasks assigned by Senior Management to ensure timely closure across departments.</li><li>Respond to and triage routine emails on behalf of Senior Management, flagging urgent matters and drafting correspondence as required.</li><li>Coordinate and align meeting schedules, including calendar management, meeting logistics, agenda preparation, and minutes of meeting (MoM) where required.</li><li>Act as a liaison between Senior Management and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication flow.</li></ul><p>7.
