SALARY &amp; COMPENSATION

In compliance with local and state law, we are disclosing the compensation for roles that will be performed in New York City, Colorado, and California. The range listed is just one component of Movement Strategy&rsquo;s total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation varies based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.

 Betches Media is seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer (Branded Partnerships) with a sharp design eye, agency experience, and a passion for creating visually compelling branded content. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with the Senior Art Director and Sales &amp; Partnerships teams to bring brand campaigns to life&mdash;across social, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
 
 
 This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and understands how great design drives engagement and delivers measurable results. You&rsquo;ll combine creative flair with strategic thinking to make branded content that performs.
 
 
 
 Roles &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Visual Execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and produce creative assets for branded partnerships, including Instagram feed posts, Stories, newsletters, and event collateral.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop polished sales and client presentation decks that visually communicate campaign concepts, strategies, and post-campaign results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate campaign objectives into engaging visual stories that align with both Betches&rsquo; bold, playful aesthetic and client brand guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply performance data (engagement rates, CTR, impressions) to continuously refine creative output.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboration &amp; Communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Analytics teams to ensure deliverables meet campaign objectives and visual standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the Senior Art Director to translate creative direction into final deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support experiential marketing initiatives by designing signage, photo backdrops, and event collateral.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to creative brainstorms, bringing conceptual thinking and visual ideas that align with branded goals.
 </li>

 Brand Consistency &amp; Creative Growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and evolve templates, visual systems, and branded design guidelines for the Partnerships team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all assets are visually cohesive and aligned with Betches&rsquo; voice and aesthetic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current on design trends, emerging formats, and social best practices; share new ideas with the larger design team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep files organized, layered, and ready for handoff or revisions.

 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced branded content environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience designing sales presentations, client decks, or pitch materials with a focus on storytelling and layout design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong visual sensibility with an understanding of typography, composition, and color.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret creative direction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with social media performance metrics and a curiosity for data-informed design decisions.
