Creative Development</b></p><ul><li>
Develop ad concepts, hooks, angles, and scripts for video ads, VSLs, and UGC content</li><li>
Write direct-response copy for static ads, carousels, and advertorials</li><li>
Create detailed creative briefs for designers, video editors, and UGC creators</li><li>
Own landing page strategy and messaging for paid campaigns, working with the team to build high-converting pages</li><li>
Build and maintain a library of proven hooks, frameworks, and winning ad structures</li></ul><p><b>
Performance &amp; Iteration</b></p><ul><li>
Analyse ad account data to identify winning patterns, fatiguing creatives, and new opportunities</li><li>
Iterate on winning ads at scale, producing variations of hooks, body copy, CTAs, and visual treatments</li><li>
Run a tight feedback loop: learn from data, iterate on what works, kill what doesn't</li><li>
Present weekly creative performance reports with clear recommendations for what to test next</li></ul><p><b>
Process &amp; Production</b></p><ul><li>
Maintain a strong creative cadence: roadmap, launch schedule, timelines, and quality control</li><li>

What We're Looking For</b></p><p><b>
Essential</b></p><ul><li>
3+ years of experience in direct-response creative strategy for DTC e-commerce (brand-side, agency, or freelance)</li><li>
Proven track record writing ad scripts, VSL scripts, and static ad copy that delivered measurable results</li><li>
Strong understanding of direct-response copywriting principles (AIDA, PAS, and similar frameworks)</li><li>
Deep knowledge of Meta Ads platform and experience working in high-volume creative testing environments</li><li>
Experience creating detailed creative briefs and managing creative production workflows</li><li>
Strong understanding of consumer psychology, buyer motivation, and what makes people click</li><li>
Ability to analyse ad performance data and translate insights into actionable creative direction</li><li>
Experience using AI tools like Claude and Gemini</li><li>
Excellent written English, clear and persuasive</li></ul><p><b>
