We are currently looking Quality Assurance Manager - Banking for our Qatar operations.
Job Purpose Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for working with teams within the Group
Communications Division (GCD) to understand key processes and pain points to propose and implement how they can be made more efficient. The incumbent will also support delivering key Quality Assurance (QA) projects and processes such as the QA Blueprint Roadmap and delivering new and enhancing existing policy and procedures. They will also work with other bank divisions on initiatives impacting GCD. The role requires expert-level senior business analyst skills and experience to drive strategic analysis, optimize business processes, and deliver actionable insights that support organizational objectives. The incumbent will leverage advanced data modeling, requirements gathering, and process improvement methodologies to ensure alignment between business initiatives and quality assurance goals. 
Education/Experience Requirements:

Information Systems, Project Management or a closely related field required.<ul><li>

Quality Assurance Manager - Banking

The QA/QC Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all quality assurance and control activities for the QXY Project. This position requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to ensure compliance with project specifications, Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), and contract requirements.
