 Recognised qualification in a relevant engineering discipline (Master&rsquo;s in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 (Alternatively extensive suitable industry experience can be used to demonstrate equivalence)
 </li>
 <li>
 Considerable previous flow assurance and process experience in the Oil and Gas industry with an excellent technical background
 </li>
 <li>
 A proven track record in management of process and flow assurance projects and studies
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in coaching the junior flow assurance and process engineers
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive experience with major flow assurance software packages such as OLGA, Pipesim, Multi flash, Leda Flow
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge / awareness of process engineering, and simulation using Hysys and/or Unisim
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of HAZOP, process safety and risk assessment
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to independently establish effective working relations with client representatives. Candidate should be able to understand customer needs, advise on technical solutions and be able to build strong relations.
