About the Role 
The QA/QC Engineer will ensure operational excellence, compliance with Ashghal standards, and the effective functioning of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), Traffic Management Systems (TMS), Road Operation Management Centers (RMC), Tunnel Control Rooms, Telecommunications infrastructure, SCADA, and SCATS systems across Qatar&rsquo;s highway and road networks. <div>Primary Purpose of the Job:

Function as a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer for a Power and Desalination Plant project, providing technical assurance over the Contractor&rsquo;s civil and structural design from commencement through completion. The role requires independent technical capability to manage, review, verify and approve all civil and structural engineering deliverables associated with a power generation and desalination facility, including complex onshore and marine infrastructure.
