What this job involves:</h2>
Drive comprehensive relocation excellence as a Senior Relocation Project Manager with JLL, where you'll lead complex move projects from conception through completion while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and strategic cost management. What your day-to-day will look like:</h2><ul><li>

Enhance team revenues through client relationship maintenance and expansion, function as subject matter expert for specific services, participate in RFP responses and proposal pricing, and represent JLL at industry networking events</li><li>

Required Qualifications:</h2><ul><li>
College degree strongly preferred in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management with 4-6 years of facility, project, or construction-related experience in Corporate Real Estate environments</li><li>
Minimum 2 years as Relocation Manager or related experience with proven track record managing complex move projects and delivering exceptional client satisfaction</li><li>
Proficiency in range of information technology tools and platforms including CAFM systems, project management software, and business intelligence reporting tools</li><li>

<ul><li>5+ years of experience in transit rail (passenger rail, light rail, commuter rail, or related systems). Preference for experience managing and delivering complex rail transit expansion projects.
</li></ul></li><li>Ability to lead and grow the transit rail and civil engineering business.
</li><li>Strong experience as a project manager, deputy project manager, or task lead on transportation or transit rail projects. Advanced-level understanding of the project delivery process within the A/E/C industry, and an extensive background and experience in large-scale project management.
</li><li>Strong working knowledge of corporate project management principles, practices, process, delivery, execution, and the business impact upon the organization.

Senior IT Systems Engineer
