This individual will be responsible for delivering strategic projects for clients, heavily focused on the research and development stages of life sciences and helping drive the evolution of the NA Consulting team.&nbsp; This individual will provide the consulting skills required to analyze customer needs and gaps to propose solutions for the desired future state. What You'll Do</h2>
<ul><li>Serve as the lead commercial counsel for the Go-to-Market team, driving legal strategy and execution for complex and innovative commercial arrangements supporting AI services, PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS.</li>

<li>Proven expertise in structuring, negotiating, and executing complex commercial and partnership agreements.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of cloud services, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and emerging AI offerings.</li>
