Position OverviewThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex architectural metal and glass projects&mdash;such as curtain walls, fa&ccedil;ades, storefronts, cladding systems, canopies, balustrades, and custom architectural features&mdash;from design through completion. This role ensures projects meet performance, safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements while coordinating across engineering, fabrication, installation, and client teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage full project lifecycle: design coordination, procurement, fabrication, and installation.</li><li>Review drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and site teams.</li><li>Manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation.</li><li>Oversee fabrication quality and on-site installation activities.</li><li>Monitor risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>8+ years project management experience in architectural metal, glass, or fa&ccedil;ade projects.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of glazing, curtain walls, cladding, and metal fabrication.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
