<div>Job Summary:
<ul><li>Create freight manifest list using applicable coding
</li><li>Assist dispatcher with assigning pick-up and delivery drivers for local delivery activities and/or road drivers
</li><li>Assist dispatcher with maintaining city dispatch sheet and advising drivers concerning any problems encountered in the pick up and delivery of freight
</li><li>Assists with city dispatch when needed
</li><li>Responsible for scheduling, tracking, tracing and billing
</li><li>Assists with coordinate Line Haul drivers via information in the computer system and phone communication with Service Centers in order to get freight moved in a timely manner within our service standards
</li><li>Interact with the Line Haul Supervisor, Operations Planner, Service Center personnel, VP of Operations, Breakdown Coordinators, and Line Haul Drivers
</li><li>Assists with Line Haul activities
</li><li>Assist with planning dispatches to accommodate cost and service goals
</li><li>Maintain count list of items received or shipped and check against bill of lading, recording any discrepancies
</li><li>May investigate and resolve all overages, shortages and damaged freight issues, including Hazmat Materials
</li><li>May prepare all paperwork and the repacking of all OS&amp;D freight
</li><li>May maintain accurate records to report all OS&amp;D freight issues on a daily or weekly basis to service center management
</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized OS&amp;D area while performing OS&amp;D functions
</li><li>Serve as first line resource to other less experienced clerical staff by coaching and answering employee questions
</li><li>Provide guidance to less experienced employees on how to perform specific job activities
</li><li>Provide one on one on the job training when necessary to less experienced staff
</li><li>May set up and maintain employee files, payroll records, and all filing systems in order to retrieve employee information
</li><li>May compile and track all job applicant information for AAP compliance
</li><li>May coordinate and process all payroll change forms as well as compiling new employee information for payroll
</li><li>May conduct new employee orientation and collect new hire paperwork for payroll

The position is 7A-7p, 3 days a week, Monday - Friday. No weekends or major holidays.
Cardiac Techs help aid the RNs throughout the prep and recovery of our Cardiac Catheterization, Electrophysiology, and Cardiac OR patients. In our department we prep and recover 40 - 60 patients a day. In the recovery area, the cardiac techs are trained to settle patients in the room postoperatively (hooking to the monitor, cleaning, repositioning); obtain EKGs or any specimens ordered; remove arterial and venous sheaths from the femoral, radial and brachial sites; help patients that are on bedrest with eating, toileting, or any other request per the patient; and transporting patients to their inpatient room or assisting in the discharge process. This job does require the capabilities to lift, push, pull, and standing for long periods of time.

Job Description
The Registered Nursing (RN) is responsible to perform a competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. Supported by a collaborative team of physicians, resident physicians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, surgical techs, and administrative staff, we deliver seamless, patient-centered care. Job Description
The Registered Nursing (RN) is responsible to perform a competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. The standards of practice (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care- teaching and health promotion and evaluation) along with the standards of professional performance (ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence- based practice /nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health) encompass the actions and foundation of professional nursing. The RN possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas. BSN or MSN preferred. Meets and maintains any requirements defined by specific specialty; Critical Care/IMCU ACLS within 1 year of hire; Emergency Care - ACLS &amp; PALS or ENPC within 1 year of hire; Oncology Care ONS/ONCC or Sentara approved course Chemotherapy &amp; Biotherapy Provider Card within 6 months of hire. Women's Care - Perinatal departments; NRP within 6 months of hire. Inpatient Pediatrics. PALS within 6 months of hire. All Direct Care RN's required to have BLS within 90 days of hire.
