Role Overview

As an L3 Support Engineer &ndash; Agentic AI, Automation &amp; Reliability, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of AIM&rsquo;s cloud‑based and distributed systems.  3+ years of experience in application support, technical operations, or similar engineering roles.

 Microsoft Azure
 
 applications (Container Apps, Storage, Application Insights, Key Vaults, TestContainers).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with
 
 Azure DevOps
 
 and CI/CD pipelines (YAML pipelines preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic experience or interest in
 
 Infrastructure as Code
 
 (e.g., Azure Bicep).
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of
 
 container technologies
 
 (Docker, Docker Compose) and cloud-native applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 PostgreSQL
 
 ; exposure to
 
 TimescaleDB
 
 is a plus.
 </li>

 Understanding of application code, APIs, integrations, and multi-tenant systems.
