3+ years of professional software development experience.</li><li>
Hands-on experience developing software in C++, with the ability to work confidently in mature C++ codebases.
</li><li>Experience building and maintaining native Windows desktop applications in a professional environment.</li><li>
Active daily user of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent solutions.</li><li>
Fast learner with the ability to become productive quickly in complex technical environments.</li><li>
Strong understanding of REST APIs, data integration, and OAuth authorization flows.</li><li>
Experience with multithreading and critical section management.</li><li>
Proficiency with Git and modern version control practices.</li><li>
Experience working with SQL databases such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, or similar technologies.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Experience with Embarcadero C++ Builder (VCL Framework).</li><li>
