What you'll bring to the role:</b></p>

<li>6+ years of hands-on experience delivering production Java applications</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Spring Boot and microservices architecture</li>
<li>Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise content/communication platforms</li>
<li>Proficiency with cloud platforms - Azure preferred; AWS or GCP also valued</li>
<li>Familiarity with Terraform or other IaC tooling (or a genuine drive to get up to speed)</li>
<li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines - e.g. GitHub Actions</li>
<li>Solid grasp of both SQL and NoSQL databases</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and comfort working in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment</li></ul><br>

<ul>
<li>Experience with JVM languages beyond Java (Kotlin, Scala, Groovy)</li>
<li>Exposure to TypeScript or Node.js for a full-stack context</li>
<li>Background in system design and distributed systems</li>
<li>Proficiency in Python for scripting or data-adjacent tooling</li>
<li>Familiarity with LLMs, model architectures, and MCP, and experience integrating or building AI-powered features</li>
<li>Understanding of Kubernetes - container orchestration, scaling strategies, networking, and resource management</li></ul><br>
