 General Overview Of Duties &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Perform necessary activities to support Ordering Desk (All Local &amp; International procurement/ordering)
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation of documentations for Sourcing and Logistics. (Purchase, shipment, insurance, invoices, internal and misc. documentation)
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and control Stock/Inventory LHR, KHI &amp; ISB, and in-house equipment management &amp; logistical requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform and maintain necessary documentations and Inter Office Equipment Transfer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and execute all deliveries to customers with documentation. (Shipping Invoice/Delivery Order)
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in International projects with world-wide procurement &amp; logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and Tracking of all faulty/replacement Interoffice and SLA Equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and provide support to MIS and Pre-sales team for all necessary requirements.
 </li>

 Manage and supervise Physical transfer/Inspection of shipments. (Pick up/drop to/from Customer Site)

 Perform necessary activities to support pricing, costing, negotiations with vendors &amp; suppliers and ordering.

 Perform all necessary activities for Consolidation of Audit documents, SBOs and Tracking.

 Coordination and Reconciliation of all operations related data with other departments (internal/External).

 Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in Operational, Sourcing &amp; Logistics role or equivalent. Experience of working in technology industry is preferred especially in an IT complete and diversified solution providing companies.

 Analytical skills, Organizational Skills, Continuous Improvement, Flexible Thinking, Problem Solving, Communication Skills &amp; Computer Skills.
