Required Qualification, Experience and SkillsKey Responsibility &amp; Duties:-&middot; To support the FEC operation on all technical and maintenance issues;&middot; To perform amusement equipment start up and shut down operations during opening and closing times as per the procedures prescribed;&middot; To maintain and repair all amusement equipment; To install and set up new games and equipment as necessary; To maintain tools and supplies necessary for maintenance of arcade games and equipment in a good condition; To log and report equipment defects for proper warranty handling;&middot; To patrol the FEC floor continuously and ensure that all machines are functioning appropriately; To maintain relevant safety standards on the floor by ensuring tools, machine parts, electrical wires, etc., are not exposed to the customers of the FEC;&middot; To liaise with Technical Supervisor and follow his instructions on machine faults on a daily basis; Ensure that all machines meet the required safety standards before customer use;&middot; To maintain the amusement equipment to optimum standards through constant testing andregular servicing, paying particular attention to safety for both the public and staff members;&middot; To monitor and record the use of spare parts, notifying the Technical Supervisor on stock levels, ensuring adequate levels are maintained to sustain machine performance. To prepare and submit reports on a daily basis on all work carried out and any parts used.&middot; To maintain, daily, weekly and monthly maintenance schedules as laid out by the Technical Manager.&middot; To duly fill in the log book for each machine after every service call;To assist the Arcade Game Staff on an as required basis with service credit issues, machine operation, servicing, etc.; to be an active team member; to handle any other related task as assigned by the management. The role will also include assisting coverage of floor staff when business requirements are needed.Required Qualification, Experience and SkillsQualificationPre University Degree +/or A Certified diploma or Degree in Electrical.&middot; At least 2 years of Hands on Work Experience in servicing Electronic Equipment or Mechanical Devices or both.
