Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving Materials<ul><li>Receive materials from suppliers and verify them against Purchase Orders (POs), delivery notes, and invoices.</li><li>Inspect materials for quantity, quality, and damage before acceptance.</li><li>Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to the Procurement Department immediately.</li><li>Ensure all received materials are properly labeled and documented.</li><li>Coordinate with Procurement for any rejected or returned items.</li></ul>Inventory Management<ul><li>Maintain accurate stock levels using the company's inventory management system.</li><li>Record all stock movements (receipts, issues, transfers, and returns).</li><li>Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.</li><li>Notify Procurement of low-stock or fast-moving items.</li><li>Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.</li><li>Participate in monthly and annual inventory audits.</li></ul>Material Storage<ul><li>Organize warehouse materials in designated locations for easy identification and retrieval.</li><li>Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration.</li><li>Separate project materials from maintenance stock.</li><li>Maintain proper labeling of shelves, racks, and storage bins.</li><li>Store hazardous or sensitive materials according to safety requirements.</li></ul>Material Issuance<ul><li>Issue materials only against approved Material Requisition Forms (MRFs) or authorized requests.</li><li>Ensure accurate quantity and specification before issuing materials.</li><li>Record all issued materials in the inventory system.</li><li>Coordinate material dispatch to project sites and maintenance teams.</li><li>Obtain acknowledgment signatures for all issued materials.</li></ul>Warehouse Operations<ul><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.</li><li>Ensure proper housekeeping at all times.</li><li>Arrange materials to maximize storage efficiency.</li><li>Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.</li><li>Coordinate transportation of materials when required.</li></ul>Documentation<ul><li>Maintain records of:</li><li>Goods Received Notes (GRNs)</li><li>Material Requisition Forms (MRFs)</li><li>Delivery Notes</li><li>Stock Transfer Notes</li><li>Return Material Notes</li><li>Inventory Reports</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.</li><li>Maintain filing of supplier documents and warehouse records.</li></ul>Fire Fighting &amp;
