<p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>City University Qatar is seeking an experienced and results-driven <b>Head of Student Recruitment</b> to lead the University's student recruitment strategy and drive sustainable enrolment growth. Reporting to the <b>Vice President &ndash; Operations &amp; Quality</b>, the successful candidate will lead the Student Recruitment team, develop strategic partnerships, oversee recruitment campaigns, and expand the University's presence across local and international markets to achieve ambitious recruitment targets.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead, develop, and manage the Student Recruitment team to achieve enrolment targets and KPIs.</li><li>Design and implement recruitment strategies across local and international markets.</li><li>Manage recruitment campaigns, events, exhibitions, and outreach initiatives.</li><li>Build strategic relationships with schools, corporate partners, ministries, government entities, and international education agencies.</li><li>Optimise recruitment performance through CRM, AI tools, and data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and academic departments to maximise student recruitment opportunities.</li><li>Prepare recruitment reports, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.</li><li>Promote CUQ programmes through presentations, networking, and corporate engagement.</li><li>Develop partnerships that support student recruitment, internships, and workforce development initiatives.</li></ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum <b>7 years'</b> management experience in student recruitment, business development, or higher education.</li><li>Proven success in leading recruitment teams and delivering enrolment growth.</li><li>Experience managing recruitment campaigns across multiple markets and developing strategic partnerships.</li><li>Strong knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and data-driven recruitment strategies.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Knowledge of international student recruitment, student visa processes, and higher education regulations is highly desirable.</li><li>Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.</li></ul><p>Education:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>student recruitment / business development: 7 years (Preferred)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>

at Qatar Technical Institute (QTI) form the backbone of the training ecosystem

and play a critical role in delivering high-quality UK Level 3/4 equivalent

vocational, technical and defence training, as well as Ministry of Education and

Higher Education (MoEHE)-approved undergraduate programmes, to military
<br>
students in Qatar.</p>

primary responsibility of the Instructors/Lecturers is to plan, prepare,

deliver, assess and continuously improve learning activities that develop the

knowledge, skills, behaviours and competencies required by the Qatar Armed
<br>
Forces and other stakeholders. Instructors/Lecturers are expected to create
<br>
engaging, learner-centred environments that promote academic achievement,

practical competence, professional conduct and operational readiness.</p>
