<ul><li>Review all technical project documents upon contract award and identify any differences or discrepancies between pre-contract and post-contract documents, as well as deficiencies in tender method statements.
</li><li>Attend bid interviews with local Management and participate in global management reviews
</li><li>Ensure all bid inputs have been reviewed and approved by the Division Manager and General Superintendent before submittal. The Diving Manager is to review and approve all diving estimates.
</li><li>Prepare technical clarifications/qualifications about the scope of work, drawings, and specifications and submit them to the Proposal Coordinator
</li><li>Develop a plan and allocate resources for the project to ensure that engineering deliverables are completed according to the agreed-upon schedule.
</li><li>Monitor the progress of the project section to prevent major issues or delays from occurring during the project.
</li><li>Take the lead in creating installation documentation, procurement, and fabrication materials (such as scopes of work, procedures, drawings, sketches, etc.).
</li><li>Ensure the accuracy of procurement, fabrication, and installation documentation, making sure they comply with the contract requirements.
</li><li>Coordinate with other departments within the project team to ensure smooth operations.

 What are we looking for?
 
 
 
 
 Education

 Master&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (preferred)

 <li>
 Other engineering disciplines may also be considered

 Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Minimum 10&ndash;12 years in Installation Engineering, including:

 <ul>
 <li>
 Offshore operations follow-up
 </li>
 <li>
 Offshore and yard-based project experience

 We are seeking an experienced
 
 Offshore Installation Methods Engineer
 
 to lead and oversee critical offshore engineering activities, particularly in shallow water cable installation projects. This role involves preparing comprehensive engineering packages, managing technical interfaces, and providing technical support during all phases of installation.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
