Reporting to the EM&amp;S Middle East Regional Supply Chain Manager, the Key Accounts Manager operates within the External Manufacturing &amp; Supply perimeter for KSA, Turkey, South Africa, and Egypt. This role supports the achievement of business objectives across the EM&amp;S Regional perimeter and ensures full adherence to HSE requirements and internal control standards.</p><p></p><p><b>

Acting as the strategic link between markets, external manufacturers, and internal stakeholders, the EM&amp;S Key Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships across the region. The role supports the implementation of innovative solutions and manages key contract processes including compliance, updates, and price reviews to enhance collaboration and ensure effective partnership management.</p><p></p><p><b>

Build and develop CMO management plans to ensure strong collaboration and secure operational performance</p></li><li><p>
Establish and maintain close relationships with key partners in External Manufacturing region, including external Manufacturers and third parties</p></li><li><p>
Ensure consistent CMO governance, performance standards, and ways of working across all countries within the regional perimeter.</p></li><li><p>
Identify operational gaps and work cross-functionally to implement solutions to ensure supply reliability and stakeholder alignment</p></li><li><p>
Manage and review contracts with CMOs across the region, ensuring compliance, performance commitments, and alignment with business priorities</p></li><li><p>
Track and implement price revisions, monitor Guaranteed Added Value (GAV), and ensure compliance with agreed terms to optimize performance</p></li><li><p>
Lead actions that improve transparency, knowledge flow, and collaboration across stakeholders</p></li><li><p>

Implement processes to optimize production flow and inventory levels.</p></li><li><p>

Challenge market demand and develop a detailed understanding of demand drivers.</p></li><li><p>
Plan monthly product requirements at External Manufacturing sites, both short- and long-term.</p></li><li><p>
Prioritize according to capacity constraints and proactively identify risks and opportunities.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain an Out-of-Stock (OOS) valuation projection, identify risks, and build mitigation plans.</p></li><li><p>

2. </b><b>Logistics Operations</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Leverage relevant tools (Kinaxis, SAP, or others) to support operations and ensure reliable data accuracy.</li><li>Maintain system master data and reference creation on MARS database</li><li>Manage toll item ordering, supplier follow-up, and provide support to Customs manager.</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation for finished goods deliveries.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
3. </b><b>Operations Monitoring</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Implement and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with all stakeholders.</li><li>Lead initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency</li><li>Define end-to-end supply chain parameters (e.g., MOQ, Lead Time, RSL).</li><li>Ensure alignment of supply parameters with market coverage and inventory valuation targets.</li><li>Review and update production BOMs regularly.</li><li>Calculate CRI to support material planning.</li><li>Monitor ISL to maintain inventory performance.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
4. </b><b>Support &amp; Change Management</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Support the introduction of new products from External Manufacturing sites.</li><li>Monitor artwork changes and minimize destruction costs.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to improve Cost of Goods (COGs).</li><li>Support Industrial Affairs Controlling in budgetary processes.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
