The Implementation Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the successful onboarding and configuration of customer accounts. This role works closely with Implementation Specialists and Project Managers to assist with system configuration, data setup, and technical support during the implementation lifecycle. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically capable, and excels at collaboration and communication.
As an Implementation Specialist, you will:<ul>

Support Implementation Specialists with customer account setup, system configuration, and data validation activities.</li>
<li>Assist in configuring applications and ensuring setups align with defined implementation requirements.</li>
<li>Perform basic SQL queries and data checks to support implementation and troubleshooting efforts.</li>
