 Minimum 10 years of professional experience in road maintenance, transport infrastructure management, or maintenance contract implementation;

 <li>
 Proven experience working on transport infrastructure projects in developing countries, preferably in Sub-Saharan Africa;
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in international development cooperation and donor-funded programmes.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Specific Professional Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 7 years of experience in performance-based road maintenance systems or maintenance contract management;
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience with output- and performance-based road contracts, maintenance procurement, and contractor supervision;
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with FIDIC-based maintenance contracts or similar international contracting frameworks is considered an advantage;
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting road maintenance programmes financed by the EU, World Bank, AfDB, EIB, or other international financial institutions is considered a strong asset;
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with road asset management systems, maintenance auditing, or performance monitoring tools is considered an asset;
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with road agencies, transport ministries, or regional organisations is an advantage.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Languages
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 English or French (C1 mandatory);
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of the other language is considered an asset.
