Furthermore, this role will also perform moderate to advanced level project management functions. <ul><li>Oversee development of detailed construction plans for roadway, utility, electrical, and transportation projects using Bentley and/or AutoDesk software.
</li><li>Coordinate design changes and revisions based on internal and external feedback.</li><li>Communicate regularly with internal design staff and project lead to coordinate the progress of various assignments and adhere to project deadlines. Acts as discipline or project lead. May communicate progress to client.</li><li>Independently manage time and schedule to achieve multiple project milestones.</li><li>Organize and maintain project files. Lead documentation of correspondence and meeting minutes.
</li><li>Evaluate and apply applicable current engineering standards, and federal and/or local requirements to assigned projects.</li><li>Lead the coordination and documentation of quality control reviews throughout the lifecycle of a project.
</li><li>Manage tasks and/or projects of moderate to advanced complexity.</li><li>Act as main point of contact with client or with project lead (on projects led by other disciplines).</li><li>Manage permit development, compliance, and reporting. Obtain, update, and maintain MS4 permit and the plans associated with them (Notice of Intent, Annual Report, Stormwater Management Plan, etc.), in addition to standard operating procedures.</li><li>Maintain inventory of all City department tasks required as part of MS4 permit compliance year-round; ensure on-time delivery of yearly submissions.</li><li>Conduct research, site assessment, and investigation of CSO outfalls; development of summary maps for client presentations.</li><li>Make recommendations and provide commentary on environmental policy standards, regulations, and best practices in compliance with the Clean Water Act; serve as a liaison with state environmental agencies, City of Chicago departments, and the EPA.</li><li>Determine the source of the pollutants and implement the process by which to eliminate/prevent. Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><br>

You will step into Patient Services leadership roles as needed to ensure smooth operations, strong patient satisfaction results, and seamless coordination between Food &amp; Nutrition Services, Clinical Nutrition, and Nursing. This role is ideal for a proactive, service‑focused leader who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys supporting multiple facilities.</p><p>
Bench leaders play a critical role in stabilizing operations, supporting transitions, training teams, and ensuring consistent patient meal service across the system&mdash;including diet compliance, meal accuracy, service recovery, and patient experience initiatives.</p><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Assess and support patient foodservice operations at multiple hospitals based on patient population, clinical direction, and facility needs.</li><li>
Hire, train, coach, and develop patient services team members across supported locations.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and modified diets while meeting patient preferences within diet order guidelines.</li><li>
Help patient services teams achieve or exceed patient satisfaction goals through high‑quality service, accuracy, and responsiveness.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and accrediting‑agency regulations, including HIPAA, confidentiality standards, and patient rights policies.</li><li>
Participate in&mdash;and at times lead&mdash;patient satisfaction initiatives, departmental meetings, and facility‑wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs.</li><li>

Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Associate degree with one (1) year of foodservice experience <b>or</b> bachelor&rsquo;s degree in food service management, nutrition, or a related field.</li><li>
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR), or Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) preferred.</li><li>
At least one year of foodservice management experience, preferably in an acute care environment.</li><li>
ServSafe&reg; certification desirable.</li><li>
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and diet office/foodservice software platforms.</li><li>
