Manages annual/cyclical compensation processes and programs including system updates communication materials and training materials to convey timeline and expected actions.</li><li>
Assists in the provision of training to management as applicable.</li><li>
Market price jobs using online market pricing too for all enterprise jobs.</li><li>
Develops related analysis into appropriate report format, e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and/ or Word.</li><li>
Reviews job descriptions for consistency and adherence to guidelines and exemption test validation.</li><li>
Responds to non-routine inquiries. Conducts other competitive compensation benchmark analysis as requested.</li><li>
Supports union labor negotiations providing costing/financial modeling of market data resulting in recommendations regarding grade structure and wages.</li><li>
May participate on related committees that support negotiation sessions.</li><li>
Oversees pay changes through the Collective Bargaining Agreement wage grids partnering with internal departments to move contractual pay changes on schedule.</li><li>
Reviews surveys for pay trends, variable pay, pay practices and occupational trends.</li><li>
Collects and submits salary survey data for various compensation surveys using online market pricing tool. Track submission timelines and survey publication dates.</li><li>
Utilizes Oracle Cloud HRM system to create, edit and maintain data and/or system updates related to job, position, assignment or pay data.</li><li>
Consults with internal HRIT or IT Technology teams as necessary to ensure all related tables, fields or formulas provide desired result.</li><li>
Regularly audits data to ensure data relationships result in expected data.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned including relationship management of vendors and internal business partners.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Required Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, or related field</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years human resources compensation experience with knowledge of applicable federal laws and regulations, experience in market pricing, job description development, salary surveys, and salary administration</li><li>
Working knowledge of salary administration processes and policies</li><li>
Prior experience working with HRIS Human Resource Information Systems)</li><li>

Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Responsible for preparing, issuing, delivering, checking and documenting, linen and medical/surgical supplies provided by Materials Management.</li><li>
Issues supplies and equipment from storeroom, central sterile processing and vendor source shipments.</li><li>
Labels/identifies products as needed for charging and identification, and places into appropriate storage locations. This includes authorized access to Clean Utility Rooms in all clinical areas. Also, replenishes Materials Management departmental inventories.</li><li>
Accurately counts and maintains supply &amp; linen levels as established by management.</li><li>
Responds to customer requests for supplies and linen needs. Requests may be verbal, written, phone, pager or Power Chart.</li><li>
Completes work from previous shift to accommodate department schedules.</li><li>
Maintains clean and orderly work area, demonstrates ownership over assigned route.</li><li>
Performs routine assessment for expired product and resolves issues in a timely manner.</li><li>
Takes inventory of linen and supplies, and requests needed items through in-house or vendor systems.</li><li>
Uses manual and automated systems to place orders, record activity, and issue credits.</li><li>
Maintains accurate logs &amp; records for all processes.</li><li>
Rotates through various MSC II assignments as needed for cross-training.</li><li>
Dispenses and delivers materials via tube system elevator, and/or using hand, or power equipment.</li><li>
