 To provide prompt, professional, and courteous food and beverage service while creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. As a Hospitality Ambassador for Tivoli Hotels &amp; Resorts, the Waitress is responsible for ensuring guests receive attentive, efficient, and personalized service that reflects the hotel's luxury standards.
 
 
 The Waitress plays a key role in guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, maintaining product knowledge, and working closely with the Food &amp; Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.
 
 
 
 Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities

 Guest Service

 Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables where applicable.

 Present menus, explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage selections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
 </li>

 Serve food and beverages according to Tivoli service standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to guest requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle guest complaints professionally and refer complex matters to the Supervisor when necessary.
 </li>

 Bid farewell to guests and thank them for visiting.

 Operational Responsibilities

 Work closely with colleagues across all departments to ensure efficient service.
 </li>

 Follow all hotel Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and service standards.
 </li>

 Maintain assigned station in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition.

 Complete opening, operating, and closing duties as assigned.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop thorough knowledge of food menus, beverage lists, wine selections, and promotions.
 </li>

 Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
 </li>

 Check with the Supervisor before leaving the assigned station.
 </li>

 Assist with room service operations when required.
 </li>

 Remove trays and service items from guest corridors promptly.

 Assist in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables efficiently.

 Ensure all restaurant equipment and operating supplies are properly maintained.
