About the Role
Speed Auto Systems is looking for a Business Analyst – Software Solutions who can understand business requirements, analyze customer processes, identify operational challenges, and translate business needs into practical software solutions.
This role combines Business Analysis, Software Consulting, Product Demonstrations, and Pre-Sales. The ideal candidate will work directly with clients and decision-makers to understand their requirements and demonstrate how our software solutions can address their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery meetings with clients and stakeholders
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Understand customer business processes, workflows, and pain points
- Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement
- Translate business requirements into functional software requirements
- Recommend appropriate software solutions based on customer needs
- Conduct professional product and software demonstrations
- Customize product demonstrations according to customer requirements
- Explain software features, functionality, and business benefits
- Prepare business presentations, solution proposals, and requirement documents
- Support the pre-sales process from discovery through solution presentation
- Work closely with technical, product, and implementation teams
- Communicate customer requirements clearly to technical teams
- Participate in solution discussions, UAT, testing, and implementation activities
- Follow up with customers to validate requirements and solution suitability
- Maintain strong relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Identify opportunities for additional software solutions and improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Experience in Business Analysis, IT Consulting, Software Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Technology Solutions
- Strong understanding of business processes and software solutions
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Ability to analyze business problems and recommend technology-based solutions
- Experience conducting product or software demonstrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable communicating with senior-level clients and decision-makers
- Knowledge of SaaS, CRM, ERP, AI, automation, or cloud solutions is an advantage
- Knowledge of UAT, process mapping, functional requirements, or Agile methodologies is an advantage
- UAE market experience is preferred
- Fluent in Arabic and English

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
