Job Description
- Provide L1/L2 support for AVD related issues, including connectivity, login, and basic performance concerns
- Assist with day to day monitoring of AVD host pools, workspaces, and virtual machines
- Support the setup and configuration of virtual machines (VMs) and user profiles (FSLogix) under supervision
- Help troubleshoot and document common AVD issues, escalating complex cases to L2/L3 support
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for AVD updates and new application integrations
- Support basic AVD monitoring tasks (performance, capacity, availability checks)
- Help apply routine patches and updates to AVD components as directed
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with senior engineers on new site assessments and onboarding activities
- Learn and apply Azure fundamentals (Azure AD, Virtual Machines, Networking) in a live production environment
