We are looking for Vertical Sales Manager. This position is located in Doha, Qatar

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual sales targets within assigned vertical markets and territories.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across Electrification, Automation, Smart Infrastructure, and Digitalization segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, developers, EPC contractors, utilities, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Position Siemens as a trusted partner by promoting innovative and sustainable technology solutions that address customer challenges and business objectives.
• Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, assess customer needs, and identify emerging opportunities within designated sectors.
• Lead customer engagement activities, including technical presentations, solution workshops, value-based selling, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, bid management, project execution, and service teams to deliver integrated and customer-focused solutions.
• Drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities by leveraging Siemens' comprehensive portfolio of electrification, automation, software, and digital solutions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, risk assessment, and reporting.
• Gather and communicate competitive intelligence, market insights, and strategic developments to support business planning and growth initiatives.
• Support business planning and customer account strategies to maximize long-term revenue and customer satisfaction.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, technical sales, solution selling, business development, or key account management.
• Proven experience in Electrification, Power Distribution, Protection Systems, Automation, Digitalization, Industrial, Infrastructure, Utility, Oil & Gas, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of electrical power systems, protection and control solutions, automation systems, and digital technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships, influence stakeholders, and successfully close complex business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled sales tools for market analysis, forecasting, customer insights, opportunity management, and sales enablement.
• Experience working within a multinational and matrix organization.
• Strong commercial mindset with a customer-centric and results-driven approach.
