Ensures patient safety, optimal utilization of resources, service delivery and compliance with NYC Health + Hospitals, health care setting, and all other relevant regulatory policies and standards of care to improve outcomes and patient experience.</p><p><b>
Examples of Tasks and Responsibilities</b>:</p><p>
1. Validates patient identity and screens prescriptions for completeness, formulary/restriction and payment status, prior to processing.</p><p>
2. Receives written or electronically transmitted prescriptions, types prescription labels and affixes labels on containers.</p><p>
3. Accurately keys and retrieves prescription data from a computer-generated file for review by a pharmacist.

Compensation and Benefits:</b></div><ul><li>
The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250.<br>

Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.<br>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required</li><li>
5-7 years of social media strategy experience within a creative agency or social media-focused role.</li><li>
Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with experience crafting and executing platform-specific strategies, including knowledge of how algorithmic shifts and creative structure influence discoverability.
</li><li>Track record of growing reach/engagement of organic social accounts by implementing social strategy</li><li>
Strong ability to analyze audience behavior and turn insights into actionable, cohort-informed social strategies.
</li><li>Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
</li><li>Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a strong eye for culturally relevant content.
</li><li>Proven ability to collaborate across teams, present ideas effectively, and foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
