 About the Role
As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work directly with children with autism and other developmental or cognitive disabilities using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Services are provided in home, community, and/or clinic settings, allowing for a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Implement individualized ABA programs and behavior intervention plans</li><li>
Provide 1:1 support to children in various settings</li><li>
Collect and track behavioral data during sessions</li><li>
Support parent training and skill generalization</li><li>
Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team</li><li>
Assist with assessments as needed</li><li>️ Important Considerations</li></ul>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
High school diploma (required)</li><li>
Background or interest in psychology, sociology, ABA, child development, or related field</li><li>
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required)</li><li>
RBT certification is a plus (not required)</li><li>
Strong communication and time management skills</li><li>
Open to feedback and ongoing learning</li><li>
Valid California Driver&rsquo;s License</li><li>
Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance</li><li>
Willingness to travel to client homes and community settings</li><li>
Ability to pass a criminal background check</li></ul>
 Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>
$20.00 &ndash; $23.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)</li><li>
Paid per session with opportunities to build a consistent caseload</li><li>
$0.62/mile reimbursement for travel</li><li>
