1. Agree with the DSM volume &amp; stales targets for each of the sales routes managed by the supervisor and communicate to all sales staff.

2. Conduct daily de-briefing sessions with all salesmen. These meetings must include a review of all key measures included in the KPI report and the Outstanding report. As a result of these meetings all salesmen will be supplied with an action plan to improve performance.<br>
3. The supervisor will prepare route plans for all routes under his control &amp; confirm customer service frequency with the salesmen. The call frequencies as well as the daily route plan are key to maintaining the levels of customer satisfaction demanded by the company. The actual customers visited on a daily basis will be reviewed with the salesmen during the daily debriefing sessions.<br>
4. Planning of all holidays and relief cover to ensure continuity of agreed customer service standards. The supervisor and the Finance Dept. will ensure all outstanding monies are accounted for prior to the salesman departing on vacation.

5. Provide on the job training by accompanying DTS salesmen on their sales vans. The supervisor will accompany salesmen four days each week. The supervisor is responsible for the planning of his route rides on a period basis using the attached planning form and supplying his manager with a copy the week prior to the start of the period. During these sessions with the salesman the supervisor will be able to measure the standards being achieved in store and at the same time develop his relationship with his customers.<br>
6. Attend a monthly team briefing session with the DSM. This meeting will require the supervisor to present a summary of his team&rsquo;s performance vs. plan &amp; the actions agreed for the following month. The supervisor will brief his team within seven days of the DSM meeting.<br>
7. Communications of the MEMRB audit data to his team. This data will be supplied by the DSM and must include recommended actions to improve performance. This data is a key measure of distribution across the retail trade and trend analysis will be used to improve results.<br>
