The individual will be the direct liaison to the Advanced Systems &amp; Technology (AS&amp;T) Operating Unit Director within the Emerging Capability Development Business Unit. The role leads a cross‑functional team of Chief Engineers, Engineering Program Managers, and SEIT Leads, overseeing end‑to‑end program execution throughout the AS&amp;T operating unit. It works closely with Engineering Discipline leadership and Program Management, while also partnering with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance to meet key program milestones. Reporting to the Engineering Execution Lead, the incumbent is accountable for technical performance, staffing, root‑cause analysis, engineering metrics, process rigor, proposal support, C101 sign‑off, and the development of CEACs for all programs within the OU.</p><ul><li><p>

Lead a Modeling Simulation &amp; Analysis Section (typically 70-80 engineers) within the Foundational Systems Engineering organization and report directly to the Foundational Systems Engineering Director. Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</b></p><ul>

Strong design skills and experience creating social-first content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.</li>

<li>Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation and performance optimization.</li>
<li>Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a natural ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences, with a demonstrated understanding of scientific principles and health-related terminology, with the ability to accurately interpret and simplify complex engineering, technical, and government contracting language for general audiences.</li>
<li>Collaborative, curious, and willing to learn, with a proactive approach to testing new strategies and tools.</li>

Minimum Requirements:</b></p><ul>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business or related field. Two years of experience can be substituted for each year of a degree.</li>
<li>12+ years of experience managing social media programs, ideally within government contracting and technology at publicly traded corporations.</li>
<li>Experience leading social strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns for awareness, engagement, and lead generation.</li>
<li>Experience reporting, analytics, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.</li>
