<ul><li>15+ years of software engineering experience with 10+ progressive leadership responsibility</li>
<li>Experience leading engineering organizations of 50+ people, including managing managers</li>
<li>Experience managing contractors and delivery partners as part of a blended delivery model</li>
<li>Consulting, agency, or professional services background building large, enterprise, deeply integrated applications</li>
<li>Proven ability to develop end-to-end solutioning: strategy, architecture, technical plans, and resource plans</li>
