What you bring Focus:
<ul><li>Proven experience delivering large and complex SAP programs in the Middle East within the last 3 years.</li><li>
A strong track record of managing large project teams (20+ members for 6+ months) across multiple engagements.</li><li>
Hands-on ownership of project financials, including budgets of USD 5M+ and successful delivery in at least three major programs.</li><li>
Deep understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, including SAP Activate, QA gate processes, and structured governance models.</li><li>
Ability to lead full project management cycles: scope planning, schedule management, resource allocation, RAID management, quality assurance, documentation, and executive reporting.</li><li>
Strong capability to steer partner-led implementations, acting as a trusted advisor to partners, client PMO, and project sponsors.</li><li>
Expertise in identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies.</li><li>
Experience ensuring successful customer outcomes and alignment with both internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>
Exposure to cloud transformation programs such as SuccessFactors, ARIBA, CX, BTP, or other SaaS-based SAP solutions.</li><li>
SAP Certification in at least one major module and PMP&reg; (or equivalent) project management certification.</li><li>
Knowledge of the latest SAP tool chain, including:<ul><li>
SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)</li><li>
Signavio (process modeling and transformation)</li><li>
WalkMe (digital adoption)</li><li>
Tricentis (test automation for SAP)</li><li>
Syniti (data migration and governance)</li></ul></li><li>
Experience with large-scale migrations (RISE with SAP, lift-and-shift, on-prem to cloud transitions).</li><li>
Familiarity with Agile delivery practices for SAP environments.</li><li>
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.</li><li>
Ability to influence and collaborate confidently with C-level executives.</li><li>
Strong presentation, documentation, and executive reporting capabilities.</li><li>
Fluency in English (required) and Arabic (highly preferred).</li></ul>
