Operations Digital &amp; Decision Science (ODDS) &ndash; developing decision science tools and digital product solutions</li><li>
Corporate Safety, Security &amp; Compliance (CSSC) &ndash; Supporting the safety and security of the airline and its employees</li><li>
Airport Customer Service (ACS) &ndash; improving airport processes and managing performance</li><li>
Crew &ndash; improving Pilot and Flight Attendant operations and performance efficiency</li><li>
Delta Connection (DC) &ndash; supporting end to end analytics and cross-divisional operational initiatives and improvements for the operation of Delta&rsquo;s regional airlines</li><li>
Flight Operations (FOP) &ndash; managing aircraft and gate to gate operations and performance</li><li>
Onboard Services (OBS) &ndash; optimizing process, supply, and inventory of inflight products and services</li><li>

Perform reliability/root-cause analysis for parts and maintenance</li><li>
Evaluate and provide recommendations for improvement of key operational metrics including aircraft time at gate, gating efficiency, and feasibility of aircraft schedules</li><li>
Seek operational improvements to reduce aircraft taxi time and flight time</li><li>
Maintain, run and improve staffing models to support airport operations</li><li>
