The team employs a collaborative, bottom-up fundamental investment process, with active stock selection as the primary driver of long-term returns.

<li>Understanding the product – its strategy, benchmark and any portfolio constraints</li>
<li>Absorbing, and “living” the team’s investment philosophy and process</li>
<li>Generating, analyzing and contributing stock ideas to the portfolio in a high-volume environment that requires intelligent decisions to be made quickly</li>
<li>Communicating investment theses to the portfolio managers clearly and with conviction, then working with the portfolio managers to determine portfolio fit.</li>

Qualifications & Education Requirements
