A senior lawyer who is a highly qualified attorney handling complex utility regulatory and policy issues, commercial transactions, legal matters and projects on behalf of the Company.</p>
Primary Duties:

1) Performs as a cross-jurisdictional energy policy and state utility regulatory subject matter expert provides expert legal services to Pepco Holdings, LLC (PHI) and its operating companies and has strong comprehension of the utility and energy businesses.<br>

Basic Qualifications:</b></p><p>
J.D. degree or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school, admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction; and</p><p>
Four plus (4+) years of experience practicing intellectual property law; and</p><p>
Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office</p><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
