POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager with managing a property (or group of properties) and fulfilling the manager&rsquo;s obligations under the property&rsquo;s management agreement. The Assistant Property Manager will support the property manager with the budget development, preparation of monthly operating reports and client deliverables, tenant billings, collection of rent, processing of property payables, lease abstracting and administration.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS<ul><li>
Assist with the activities associated with a property or group of properties.</li><li>

Assist the Property Manager in order to initiate, contract, and administer all necessary services to maintain and enhance the value, operating efficiency, and physical appearance of the property.</li><li>
Prepare all Service Agreement and Construction Agreement documents (including work authorizations, addendum's, amendments and contract approval forms).</li><li>
Track and maintain Energy Star benchmarking data so information is current and accurate.</li><li>
Conduct tenant training meetings to improve building efficiencies.
</li><li>Maintain ongoing tenant contact/relations program to constantly assess needs and help assure the problems are being resolved and are to the satisfaction of the tenants and owners.</li><li>
Resolve problems to the mutual benefit of the tenant and the owner.</li><li>
Implement and monitor tenant needs assessments.</li><li>
Administer all leases to assure compliance with provisions/agreement.</li><li>
Determine and execute on timely basis escalations, reconciliations, and rent collections.</li><li>
Maintain current certificates of insurance for all tenants; ensure coverage complies with lease requirements.</li><li>
Show space to prospective tenants (requires real estate license where required by state).</li><li>
Communicate clearly and on a timely basis with project accounting personnel using and/or providing the appropriate documentation.
</li><li>Prepare monthly ownership reporting (including variance reports, executive summaries, aging reports, etc.).</li><li>
Manage and coordinate day-to-day financial transactions including accounts receivables, accounts payable, collection of rents and charges.</li><li>

POSITION REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>
A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a Human Resource Management related discipline.</li><li>
RPA designation in progress preferred.</li><li>
Possess Real Estate License where required by state law.</li><li>
A minimum 3 years of property management experience, preferably in commercial /Class A Office management.</li><li>
Must have intermediate to advanced MS 365 Word, Excel and Outlook proficiencies.</li><li>
Angus and accounting software such as MRI, Yard or CTI preferred proficiencies.

Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.

Licensure from State of Maryland, Board of Physical Therapy Examiners..

Current AHA Healthcare Provider Certification.

Shift: Full-time 40 hours per week - 8:00 - 4:30 p.m. - Some weekends and Holidays

Work Experience:

Successful completion of clinical internships as required by academic program.
Salary Range: Minimum 26.58/hour - Maximum $43.89/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. Reporting to the Clinical Applications Manager, the Clinical Applications Assistant supports the maintenance of Outpatient Pharmacy computer systems to enhance outpatient pharmacy services provided by staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, employee training, report generation and analysis, system implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting of computerized outpatient pharmacy systems, and participation in special projects. The Clinical Applications Assistant must also demonstrate the ability to set priorities, work independently, and perform technician duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or Equivalency</li>
<li>Some college preferred</li>
<li>Pharmacy Technician Registration with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy required upon hire
</li><li>Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Certified required upon hire
</li><li>Minimum three (3) years pharmacy technician experience</li>
</ul>
Knowledge:
<ul>
<li>Working knowledge of pharmaceutical mathematics</li>
<li>Computer knowledge for data entry of prescriptions</li>
<li>Knowledge of third party plans and how they are processed</li>
<li>Knowledge of drug names (generic and brand)</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience with the outpatient pharmacy computer systems and desktop solutions</li>
