<br>Checks assigned stock sections of the pharmacy monthly for expired medications, pulls expired medications and flags medications that will expire within the next 3 months. Documents when complete.

<br>Documents all assigned QA responsibilities (e.g. hood cleaning, refrigerator temp, and area of inspection).

<br>Prepares and maintains adequate supply of stock solutions.
<br>Documents on all IV compounding logs as appropriate.
<br>Uses available technology (IVsoft, Baxa compounder)
