Your activities</b></div><ul><li>
Operate and drive all types of GSE equipment &ndash; motorized and non-motorized.</li><li>
Perform and show competence in preventive maintenance per established schedules on all ground support equipment.</li><li>

Hydraulic knowledge or basics necessary. Must be willing to learn hydraulic systems.</li><li>

Complete all maintenance/repair documentation consistent with carrier, station, airport authority, municipal, state, federal and SP requirements.</li><li>
Comply with all federal, provincial, municipal, airport authority and carrier security requirements.</li><li>
Will retain a motor vehicle driver&rsquo;s license for both air side / non airside in good standing at all times.</li><li>
Follow all safety guidelines set out by WCB, EPA, WHIMIS, and SP management.</li><li>
Keep GSE shop and its equipment always clean and serviceable, report all deficiencies to management.</li><li>
Fuel equipment as necessary with full regard for all safety and environmental requirements.</li><li>
Will liaison with Ramp management, customers and staff in a professional manner when needed.</li><li>

<p><b>What You'll Be Doing:</b>
</p><p>As a Leasing Consultant, you will spend half of your week effectively marketing your community and following up on leads, cultivating relationships with prospective residents. The other half of your time will involve providing exceptional customer service to enhance residents' experiences and maintaining the overall appeal and functionality of the property.
</p><ul><li>Proactively responding to sales leads, promoting the community by addressing resident needs and providing information on availability, pricing, location, and amenities</li>
<li>Inviting and scheduling prospective residents for community tours, employing effective selling techniques to close deals
</li><li>Supporting community marketing efforts by positively influencing online presence, offering input on advertising campaigns
</li><li>Effectively explaining lease provisions and community policies, ensuring comprehensive move-in activities and conducting orientations for new residents</li>
<li>Ensuring resident satisfaction and loyalty through prompt communication and proactive issue resolution</li>
<li>Efficiently managing leasing documents, processing payments, and ensuring completion of move-in procedures</li>
<li>Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday: 9am-6pm</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What You'll Need To Thrive:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Strong customer service/customer facing orientation: Retail Sales, Hospitality</li>
<li>Well organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in using property management software &amp; Google Suite</li>
<li>Valid Driver's License required if employee will operate a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) in their role. This varies by location.
</li><li>Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws</li>
<li>Office team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own Smartphone to perform certain aspects of their job</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Bonus Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in leasing or property management,
</li><li>College degree or coursework</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Salary: $22.09 - $27.00/hour</b></p>
<ul>
<li>The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.</li>
<li>Employees are eligible for overtime pay and performance incentives.</li>
</ul>
<p>A valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is required if the employee will operate a motorized vehicle (e.g. car, golf cart, etc.) during their workday and/or as part of their role.</p></div>
