Key Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Provide sound legal advice and counsel to Southwire in complex U.S. and international employment and labor law matters affecting day-to-day operations by assisting, advising, investigating, researching and resolving legal and business matters.</li></ul><ul><li>
Manage employment and labor disputes, including lawsuits and complaints filed with federal, state, and local agencies.</li><li>
Assist in the development and implementation of People and Culture processes and policies to address company needs and legal requirements.</li><li>
Support the Total Rewards Team responsible for health &amp; welfare, retirement and compensation benefits.</li><li>
Conduct Merger &amp; Acquisition Employment and Labor Law Due Diligence and Integration</li><li>
Lead, support and advise on workplace investigations.</li><li>
Draft and negotiate various employment related agreements.</li><li>
Partner with the business to assess legal risks and develop strategic solutions to protect the Company&rsquo;s interests; Ensure key information is communicated to necessary stakeholders.</li><li>
Effectively oversee outside counsel, including developing strategies which align with and achieve the Company&rsquo;s strategic business objectives, coordinating with the appropriate Southwire subject matter experts, and defining the Company&rsquo;s desired outcomes.</li><li>
