As the AVP/CFO, you will also manage the full cycle accounting functions of multiple clients, including but not limited to: financial statements, cash management, and other services while serving as the brand ambassador of the company. As the AVP/CFO, you will:</b></p><ul><li>
Act as Director of Accounting or CFO for multiple client engagements</li><li>
Deliver accurate and timely financial statements, providing coaching and counseling to stakeholders and operations managers in order to help improve margins and impact their bottom line.
</li><li>Discuss monthly financial statements, plans, and schedules as applicable with client.
</li><li>Lead the budget process and incorporate periodic analytics.
</li><li>Execute contract terms and scope to ensure financial profitability for the existing client(s) portfolio.</li><li>
Renegotiate all contract extensions, including pricing, along with the Vice President and Senior Vice President.</li><li>
Work closely with clients to solve issues related to complicated financial statement situations.</li><li>
Monitor finances to aid clients in functioning within those guidelines, and provide financial analysis and advice to clients.</li><li>
Establish a relationship with the client to obtain all necessary documentation in a timely manner in order to meet the contractual delivery timeline for all services.</li><li>
Work with the internal finance team to ensure clients are appropriately invoiced on a monthly basis.</li><li>
Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the cross-functional teams aligned to a particular client delivery process.</li><li>
Address client concerns and issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner and dealt with according to client satisfaction.
</li><li>Build and maintain relationships by gaining insights into the client business to become a trusted advisor.</li><li>
Provide executive-level partnership by presenting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) in conjunction with the division VP, if applicable. Participate as requested by the client in their Board or other executive-level meetings.</li><li>
Responsible for achieving NFP Run the Business (RTB) P&amp;L for each individual account in your responsible vertical. Demonstrate budgeted margin for all clients within the vertical or actionable plans to achieve desired profitability. Performs monthly projections with the leadership team.</li><li>
Responsible for revenue and SARG targets being achieved and proactively drives revenue maximization through the clients. Monitor and track SARG opportunities presented and ensure that all clients are contacted. Advise Vice President when circumstances jeopardize achievement of the revenue and SARG targets.</li></ul><p><b><br>
In order to be successful in the role, you must possess:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting or Finance (Master&rsquo;s preferred)</li><li>

Essential Functions:</b></p><p><b>
Duties/Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Provides supervision of assigned staff including hiring, supervision meetings, reviewing e-time and ensuring time-off policies are enforced.</li><li>
Ensures Participant Engagement Specialist are at their appointed scheduled locations and rearranges staff as needed to provide adequate coverage.</li><li>

Generates daily and/or weekly reports of collection data for the Participant Engagement Specialists.</li><li>
Greeting participants visiting the facility, completing registration, answering questions and assist filling out any necessary documents.</li><li>
Assists in answer incoming and makes outgoing phone calls to schedule and remind participants of appointments while ensuring other calls are routed to appropriate person/program in a timely manner.</li><li>
Ensures participant satisfaction, including troubleshooting when there is a complaint and developing process improvements to prevent recurrences.</li><li>
Educates participants regarding their patient responsibilities, services, sliding fee scale, patient rights, grievance policy and confidentiality.</li><li>
Maintains thorough understanding of medical coverage and third-party liabilities, inclusive of Medicaid and Medicare. Verifies and updates third party insurance.</li><li>
Assists management by collecting participant financial assessment for documentation when assigned.</li><li>
Ensures accurate daily log of co-pay activity and forwards to Billing Department as assigned.</li><li>

Education and Experience:</b></p><ul><li>
