At Soho House, the Bartender is responsible for preparing alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, serving food and providing excellent service accompanied by memorable experiences to all guests and members who visit a Soho House &amp; Co. property. As a Bartender you are an extension of the brand, management team and global food and drink program. As a result, you will be responsible for professional behavior, charismatic and positive energy to create a fun environment that drives conversation and sales.

A successful Bartender will greet customers, learn and remember their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages. You will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties. To succeed as a Soho House Bartender, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable with a thirst for all things craft cocktails!

Main Duties
<ul>
<li>Follow steps of service and company guidelines for preparing cocktails, juices, coffee and drinks used at the bar</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized section as well as collaborate with other bartenders to; wash glassware and utensils after each use, Clean up after customers and clean work area</li>
<li>Educate guests and members about beverage options learned through House Tonic trainings</li>
<li>Discuss and describe daily specials, seasonally influenced menu items and food pairing options to promote additional sales through creating optimal experience for dining</li>
<li>Collect payment on all sold items and operate a cash register</li>
<li>Check identification of customers to make sure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol and tobacco products as well as determine when a customer has had too much alcohol</li>
<li>Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays that promote specific beverage options and can increase overall sales and member / guest experience</li>
<li>Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain an inventory of supplies and delegate replenishment of items to Barbacks</li>
<li>Mix ingredients according to drink recipes to maintain a globally unified beverage program and consistent experience</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager</li>

Required Skills/Qualifications

<li>2+ years' experience working in high-volume F&amp;B operation</li>
<li>Craft cocktail experience and working with seasonally influenced perishable items</li>

Bartender
The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to guests and oversee the stock of liquor and bar supplies. As a Bartender, you will serve as the face of our brand in the taproom, engaging with guests to educate them about our products while delivering an outstanding hospitality experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO<ul><li>
Greet guests timely as they are seated at the bar; ensure bar is clean and that coasters, utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided</li><li>
Prepares and serves liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered from guests and waitstaff</li><li>
Accurately and efficiently enter food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system</li><li>

About the Role
We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, creative, and performance-minded Paid Social Video Editor to join our Growth Marketing team and help scale standout, high-converting video ads across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and beyond.
This is a performance-driven role. We&rsquo;re specifically seeking someone who has edited short-form video ads for live Meta and/or TikTok campaigns and understands how creative decisions impact performance.
Reporting to our Manager of Creative Strategy and working closely with our Senior Manager of Brand &amp; Partnerships Marketing, you&rsquo;ll turn raw footage, creator assets, and briefs into polished, conversion-focused video creatives - iterating quickly, testing relentlessly, and elevating every frame for performance.
You&rsquo;ll be instrumental in building a steady pipeline of thumb-stopping ads: crafting strong hooks, tightening pacing, designing clean motion graphics, and adapting edits for multiple placements (Stories/Reels/Feed, Shorts, in-stream). You&rsquo;re a strong editor with a sharp eye for detail and a solid understanding of what drives results in paid social, eager to translate performance insights into smarter tests and stronger iterations.

What You&rsquo;ll Do
Paid Social Video Ad Editing - 60%<ul><li>
Partner with our Manager of Creative Strategy to turn performance insights into high-performing paid social video ads for Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels</li><li>
Craft conversion-focused edits with strong hooks, pacing, storytelling, and clear CTAs</li><li>
Deliver 10&ndash;20 weekly creative assets based on performance insights (70% net-new, 30% iterations)</li><li>
Take high-production RAW camera footage from delivery to edit-ready. Transcoding, syncing, organizing, and building optimized working files/proxies so assets are workable for paid social</li><li>
Translate creative briefs, loose concepts, and raw footage into high-performing paid social edits - executing with precision when direction is clear and taking ownership when it isn&rsquo;t</li><li>
Add design and copy support (on-screen text, captions, simple motion) to improve clarity and conversion</li></ul>
Creative Strategy Support - 30%<ul><li>
Proactively translate data learnings into creative iterations (strong hooks, messaging hierarchy, on-screen text, VO, proof points, CTA, length)</li><li>
Collaborate with the rest of the Growth team to brainstorm creative concepts and iterations for paid social</li><li>
Maintain clean project organization, naming conventions, and efficient workflows</li></ul>
Brand &amp; Social Editing - 10%<ul><li>
Collaborate with the Marketing team to edit polished, high-production branded content from creator footage, in-office captures, and photoshoots - owning video deliverables for brand campaigns like product launches, partnerships, and more</li><li>
Maintain consistent brand tone, look, and feel across all content</li><li>
Bring fresh visual ideas and editing techniques that elevate the perception of the brand in the specialty coffee space</li></ul>
Supporting Responsibilities<ul><li>
Occasionally assist with small, lightweight in-office video shoots - helping capture simple, high-utility footage that supports our paid social pipeline and sparks new creative tests</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
2-5 years of experience editing short-form paid social content for Meta/TikTok ad campaigns</li><li>
Fluency in paid social performance metrics</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to produce high-volume variations and recuts for active campaigns</li><li>
Strong instincts in pacing, rhythm, motion, and narrative clarity</li><li>
Baseline fluency in Premiere, After Effects, and Figma (preferred but not required)</li><li>
Light graphic design and copywriting ability</li><li>
Comfortable operating within weekly testing cadences</li><li>
