As a Starbucks barista, you willl create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products.</div><div>

RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div><ul><li>
Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.</li><li>
Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment.</li><li>
Cleaning service and seating areas. Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.</li><li>
Servicing customers and taking orders.</li><li>
Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies. Receiving and processing customer payments.</li></ul><div><br>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</b></div><ul><li>
High school diploma preferred.</li><li>
Experience in food service, hospitality or customer service preferred.</li><li>
Demonstrated skills in customer service, critical thinking, problem solving and written and verbal communication.</li><li>
Ability to make sound judgments while quickly processing information.</li><li>
Proficient computer and web-based software skills including the ability to adapt to regular changes in software programs and processes.</li><li>
Ability to read, write, speak and communicate in English.</li><li>
Ability to follow and give oral and written instructions.</li><li>
Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with patients, patient family members, hospital personnel and co-workers.</li></ul><div>
