 Position Purpose&nbsp;
 
 
 We are seeking a warm, attentive, and service-oriented Bell/Door Person to welcome&nbsp;
 
 
 guests and provide seamless assistance throughout their arrival and departure. This role&nbsp;
 
 
 plays a vital part in creating the first and last impression of Hotel Phoenix, ensuring every&nbsp;
 
 
 guest feels valued from the moment they arrive.&nbsp;
 
 
 Key Responsibilities&nbsp;
 
 
 &bull; Greet guests with professionalism and enthusiasm upon arrival and departure.&nbsp;
 
 
 &bull; Assist with luggage handling, transportation coordination, and directions.&nbsp;
 
 
 &bull; Maintain lobby cleanliness and readiness, always anticipating guest needs.&nbsp;
 
 
 &bull; Coordinating (Aligning) with Front Desk and Concierge to ensure smooth guest&nbsp;
 
 
 flow.&nbsp;
 
 
 &bull; Uphold hotel security standards while providing discreet and courteous service.&nbsp;
 
 
 &bull; To be knowledgeable and informed about the introduction of products.&nbsp;
 
 
 &bull; To have an understanding of the Hotel&rsquo;s Vision &amp; Mission statement as&nbsp;
 
 
 communicated to the team&nbsp;
 
 
 Requirements&nbsp;
 
 
 &bull; Prior experience in a hotel front services role preferred.&nbsp;
 
 
 &bull; Excellent customer service and communication skills.&nbsp;
 
 
 &bull; Professional appearance and demeanor.&nbsp;
 
 
 &bull; Ability to lift and transport guest luggage.&nbsp;
 
 
 &bull; Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
