Job Description</b><p><b><br>
Job Purpose</b></p><p>
This role is accountable for Retailer, eCommerce, Activate and Vendor Onboarding, Engagement, and Compliance Improvement for received data. The role involves working closely with Supplier, eData Analysts, and Project Managers to enhance relationships with Providers and RV, aiming to improve Quality and SLAs. This position will manage a group of countries/Retailers.<br>

Key responsibilities include tracking Retailer Data Quality, conducting regular reviews with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and driving specific quality improvement goals for suppliers, including any change management related to data receipt (content format, advance notice). The role also handles escalations with Retailers on queries and other engagements.</p><p><b>
Job Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>
Supplier Onboarding:</b></p><ul><li>
Establish and maintain close relationships with suppliers, acting as the point of contact between suppliers and Nielsen.</li><li>
Support the Operations Strategy Team in driving on-ground supplier conversations, testing data quality checks, and other pre-onboarding activities.</li><li>
Coordinate sample data testing with Data Analysts, communicate results to suppliers, and work towards required improvements in data quality.</li><li>
Align on data formats and timeliness expectations with suppliers before handing over to Data Analysts for onboarding.</li><li>
Work with the local Ops team or PM to finalize onboarding plans for suppliers linked to RMS coverage expansion, revenue, Activate or new product offerings.</li><li>
Understanding of SAP, transactional data handling, FTP, and MFT setup and maintenance.</li><li>
Conduct surveys and retailer discussions on System change</li></ul><p><br>
<b>
Project Management Support:</b></p><br>
<p></p><ul><li>
Support PMs (from CSE or EDD) on project timelines, alignments, and drive required supplier conversations.</li><li>
Manage small to medium onboarding projects independently (e.g., individual stores/small localized chains).</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Extensive knowledge in Retail, specifically in POS and supply chain.</li></ul><p><br>

In-Market Stakeholder Management:</b></p><br>

Act as the SPOC for local market leadership for eData Delivery.</li><li>
Act as SPOC on local projects related/impacting with Supplier data and/or Supplier collaborators</li><li>
Provide progress updates to local (in-market) stakeholders.</li><li>
The role also handles escalations with Retailers on queries and other engagements.</li><li>
Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br>

Retailer Quality - KPI Improvement &amp; Identifying New Opportunities:</b></p><br>

Monitor and report KPIs, like Monitor data receipt according to SLAs</li><li>
Review KPIs with Data Analysts in BAU operations and drive conversations with suppliers for KPI improvements.</li><li>
DQI metrics analysis and engage conversations with supplier for improving data.</li><li>
Identify additional data opportunities with existing retailers, inc. Retailer Data quality KPIs, and work with Ops Strategy to materialize these opportunities.</li></ul><br>

Qualifications</b><p><b><br>
Qualifications - Skills:</b></p><ul><li>
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>
Master's Degree or technical institute degree/certificate or equivalent work experience.</li><li>
5+ years of relevant professional work experience.</li><li>
Understanding of Nielsen connect operations or similar experience.</li><li>
Proficient in complex business process modeling and data modeling concepts.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li><li>
Technology exposure</li></ul><p>
 <b>Leadership skills:</b></p><ul><li>
Ability to understand various data and file formats.</li><li>
Ability to interpret different data structures and mapping.</li><li>
Strong technical knowledge and business interpretation of data.</li><li>
General systems understanding from an ETL point of view.</li><li>
Fluent in English; local market language skills (if required by markets).</li></ul><p><b>

IT/Tech presales/sales experience.</li><li>
LSS GB Certified, Management education.</li><li>
