Position Summary:

The Implementation Specialist at Clearway Health will work with new partnership hospitals to integrate and launch new pharmacy services. The Implementation Specialist is deployed to the client at the onset of the partnership and is responsible for providing hands on, in person, integrated care for patients with high medication cost. You'll be responsible for delivering safe and efficient specialty services while training the incoming new team members including Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Liaisons. When not integrated at a new hospital partnership, you will be assigned work from an existing liaison that requires additional support, or other special projects in support of company or departmental initiatives. 
This position requires extensive air and/or auto travel to and from the client sites (domestic only). The Implementation Specialist is expected to travel from several weeks to up to one year for each client site. Frequency and mode of travel will depend on the distance from the individual&rsquo;s remote home base to the client&rsquo;s site. The Implementation Specialist is a full-time travelling position; the qualified candidate must be willing to travel, which will include overnight and extended stays at a client's location. Estimated durations of travel will be 3-4 months per project. 
Essential Responsibilities / Duties:

Implementation Specialists are responsible for the filing and renewing of any primary state pharmacy technician license registration. The Implementation Specialist is required to have a valid driver&rsquo;s license with current auto insurance. Clearway will reimburse any state pharmacy technician license registration fees (besides their home state) and travel expenses.

Implementation &amp; Change Management:

<li>Provide hands-on expertise, resources, and knowledge to new hospital sites as part of a new client partnership agreement</li>

84830BR Patient Services-Pharmacy Job Posting Description General Summary The Pharmacy Technician, Outpatient Pharmacy is responsible for providing pharmacy services including performing prescription intake tasks, resolving insurance claims issues, preparing medications for dispensing, managing inventory, providing excellent customer service to patients, families, and providers, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies. The Pharmacy Technician, Outpatient Pharmacy works under the direct supervision of a pharmacist to deliver safe, accurate, and reliable pharmacy services. Pharmacy Technician must be able to work a flexible schedule includeing some evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities Customer Service &amp; Patient Care: Promptly greets patients and families in person and by telephone with a friendly and helpful attitude. Answers medication-related inquiries, requests authorization for refills, and provides guidance on prescription pick-up. Responds efficiently to inquiries by health care providers with pharmacy questions. Prescription Processing: Receives and processes prescription orders, and continually updates patient information verifying accuracy. Manages the administrative responsibilities for faxing, filing, and/or documenting in medical record for non-electronic prescriptions, MassPAT PMP requirements, 340B eligibility, or other pertinent procedures. Ensures compliance with all regulations. Investigates and resolves prescription issues. Collaborates with the pharmacist and prescribers to formulate a solution, such as an alternative medicine or co-pay discount program. Medication Preparation: Measures and counts medications and prepares and affixes medication labels for dispensing under pharmacist supervision. Compounds simple or complex non-sterile medications in accordance with established policies, procedures and professional standards. Medication shipping: Inventory Management: Maintains pharmacy inventory by monitoring medication and supplies stock levels, anticipating needed medications and supplies, and removing outdated/expired drugs. Places and expedites orders, receives orders, rotates medications, restocks supplies. Ensures the proper storage of all medications in accordance with policies and procedures. Compliance: Complies with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations to ensure a safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing environment. Performs routine quality control, cleaning and equipment maintenance tasks according to established procedures and schedules. Brookside is a licensed Community Health Center of Brigham and Women's Hospital and provides multi-disciplinary, comprehensive care with services in a range of medical areas including: Adult, Family and Pediatric Primary Care, 
OB/GYN, Family Planning, Dental/Oral Surgery, Nutrition/WIC, Behavioral Health and Specialty Medicine (Cardiology, Pulmonology and Nephrology). Brookside also has a Laboratory onsite, Financial Counseling and Community Resource 
Specialists. Each year, more than 11,000 patients from Jamaica Plain, the city of Boston and surrounding areas use these services, producing more than 69,000 visits to Brookside each year. Most of Brookside&rsquo;s patient population are Spanish speaking and socioeconomically underserved. The health center's services, guided by equity, are provided by a bilingual English/Spanish medical and professional staff. Summary 
Under supervision of a Nurse Manager or licensed clinical leader and in collaboration with other team members, provides direct and indirect patient care in accordance with the scope of practice.

</li><li>Provide basic patient care or treatments, such as, dressing wounds, treating bedsores, giving enemas or douches, rubbing with alcohol, massaging, performing catheterizations, routine immunizations, and/or nebulizer treatments and visual acuity test.
</li><li>Participates in patient treatment regimen, including administering medications (under the supervision of a physician and registered nurse).
</li><li>Performs variety of office responsibilities: answers phones and takes messages and performs triage within scope of licensed practical nursing practice in an accurate and timely manner.
</li><li>Collect samples, such as blood, urine, or sputum from patients, and perform routine laboratory tests on samples.
