We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant &ndash; Airport Terminal &amp; MEP Asset Management to support asset data readiness activities across airport terminal buildings and facilities. The role will focus on validating, structuring, and assuring asset information across structural, architectural, HVAC, electrical, fire safety, baggage handling, passenger boarding, IT, and communications systems.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Requirements</h3>
<ul><li>Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.</li>
<li>Strong experience with terminal buildings, complex facilities, MEP systems, or airport infrastructure assets.</li>
<li>Experience in asset management, asset information management, or asset data readiness within complex building or infrastructure environments.</li>
<li>Strong technical knowledge of one or more of the following:
<ul><li>Structural and architectural systems.</li>
<li>HVAC systems.</li>
<li>Electrical systems.</li>
<li>Fire safety systems.</li>
<li>Baggage Handling Systems (BHS).</li>
<li>Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB).</li>
<li>IT and communications assets.</li>
</ul></li><li>Experience validating, structuring, and assuring technical asset information.</li>
<li>Experience with asset registers, asset hierarchies, or enterprise asset information. 
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul><li>Deliver asset data readiness activities for airport terminal buildings and facilities.</li>
<li>Validate and structure asset information across architectural, structural, MEP, fire safety, BHS, PBB, IT, and communications systems.</li>
<li>Identify gaps and inconsistencies in asset information and support their resolution.</li>
<li>Support the development and maintenance of asset registers and hierarchies.</li>
<li>Coordinate with engineering, facilities, maintenance, and airport operations teams to validate asset information.</li>
<li>Ensure asset data meets established quality and governance requirements.</li></ul>

</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Showroom Concept Design: Create, execute, and scale high-end interior concepts for Sealy retail showrooms across the GCC.
</li><li>Space Planning &amp; Layouts: Develop precise 2D/3D layouts, structural floor plans, and electrical/lighting partition plans using AutoCAD or SketchUp.
</li><li>Visual Merchandiser Execution: Design dedicated sleep zones, custom point-of-sale bedding fixtures, and localized window displays to maximize spatial product exposure.
</li><li>Material &amp; FF&amp;E Sourcing: Research, select, and procure premium materials, custom cabinetry, paint finishes, and textiles that coordinate with a luxury hospitality and domestic bedding aesthetic.
</li><li>Factory &amp; Vendor Liaison: Collaborate directly with regional furniture production factories and contractor teams to translate design intent into technical assembly workshop drawings.
</li><li>Project Management: Oversee complete project lifecycles from preliminary sketches, budgetary coordination, on-site structural fit-outs, up to the final installation inspection.

Requirements<ul><li> 
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related creative field.</li><li>
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5+ years of verified industry experience specializing in premium furniture retail, luxury showroom design, or residential hospitality spaces.</li><li>
Technical Software: Expert proficiency utilizing AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>
Industry Knowledge: Profound understanding of joinery, custom cabinetry design, spatial ergonomics, lighting distribution, and textile application.</li><li>
Portfolio: A rich portfolio demonstrating physical fit-outs of high-end retail spaces, custom furniture modeling, or commercial layout designs.</li><li>
Languages: Professional proficiency in English is required; bilingual fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
