 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 To ensure the timely, cost-effective, and uninterrupted procurement of goods and services required for facilities management operations, while maintaining compliance with company policies and ensuring optimal supplier performance.
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities

 <li>
 Manage end-to-end procurement processes for FM materials, consumables, and service contracts in line with company procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing and terms without compromising on quality or delivery timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and issue purchase requisitions (PRs) and local purchase orders (LPOs) after obtaining necessary approvals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate procurement records and update the ERP system (preferably Oracle) to ensure transparency and traceability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and finance teams to align procurement activities with operational needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support cost-saving initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in procurement efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle urgent or emergency purchase requirements promptly, ensuring business continuity.

 Job Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related service industry within the UAE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of UAE supplier markets and FM-related materials and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with ERP systems.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Job Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
